BTCloud - error MBB3-05

I am unable to log on for first time use of what I thought was my activated BTCloud account. Doing this through an iPad and BTCloud app. I receive the error message MBB3-05 which essentially says that BT have not yet set up the Cloud account and that I should try again in 30 minutes. I have been repeatedly trying to log in for 2 days but same error message. Can anyone advise me?

Hi @Njeppo Sorry you are having difficulty accessing the BT Cloud service.

Please contact the Cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114 and they will be able to help you with this.
