I am unable to log on for first time use of what I thought was my activated BTCloud account. Doing this through an iPad and BTCloud app. I receive the error message MBB3-05 which essentially says that BT have not yet set up the Cloud account and that I should try again in 30 minutes. I have been repeatedly trying to log in for 2 days but same error message. Can anyone advise me?
