Is this any help?

Opt in or out of BT Wifi using MyBT

You will need to connected to BT Broadband to access any links I post which are hosted on my website..
If you are connected to BT Broadband, and you cannot access them, then please let me know on this thread. Thanks.

Re: BTWifi-fon

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Re: BTWifi-fon

Hi @markeagles4

Tried calling earlier sorry didn't get you. I was calling to ask if the new hub had been received and if the new router was still broadcasting BT Wifi.

If you can let me know by posting back I can pick up from there.

Cheers

Stuart

Re: BTWifi-fon

Hi @markeagles4

Is this the replacement Hub?

I've escalated the issue regarding wifi again as it appeared stuck I hope to have something at start of next week as I can see some work added to the case now.

I'll try calling you next week to advise on whats happening.

Cheers
