Backing up my PC to BT Cloud - Sub Folders are not being backed up

Hello,

I have started backing up my computer to BT Cloud.  The backup doesn't seem to be picking up any of the sub folders.  Do you know how I can do this?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. Sorry to hear you are having problems with your BT Cloud. Our Cloud Help Desk would be the best people to help you with this issue but it might be worth checking the Cloud user guide before calling them.
