I found a previous related post but it stopped in Dec 2017.
I had an email in Oct 2017 saying I had a Broadband Boost to double my Cloud storage from 50MB to 100MB but I have never seen an increase. Rang the Cloud Helpdesk yesterday to be told I was only entitled to 50MB.
Tried an intercontinental (thought BT were phasing them out) text chat they gave me a number for the actual team I needed to speak to on 0800 800 150 (yer right, all of BT are there).
Where do I go from here?
