Have just upgraded my home BT package, and now includes BT Cloud.
cannot get it to diplay correctly on ipad mini ios 9.
The navigation buttons always show the string name - see attached.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no change.
Hi @bradwell77 Sorry you are having a problem with the cloud service on your ipad mini.
Please contact the cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114 and they will be able to help you with this.
I'm having exactly the same problem on my iphone, have you managed to get it rectified
