Bt Cloud

I seem to have lost BT cloud on my PC, it is  on my phone, but sitting there backing up and the small cloud in top right of phone screen the arrows are not moving.

I have tried to update PC via BT but it just says there is an error

Any tips

When trying to update software get the message
Installation Has Failed
There was an error while installing the application
