We can't register for this app it keeps saying we are already registered. If we try a new bt id we get a error message and the bt id we have won't let us remove the old registrations it gives us a error message. What needs doing to fix this?
We are seriously losing patience now its got to the point where we urgently need the app so we tried to phone technical but after a twenty minute call we where referred back here. We only rang because we haven't had a decent update in over a week.
I'm going to be throwing a street party when all the errors on my account are resolved. I have been having issues on and off since August last year and tried a variety of sources to resolve the issues. My account is littered with hundreds of notes. All annoyed bt customers are welcome to join us for the street party.
