Just to let you know executive level complaints are taken ownership of the problem. Thank Robbie for what he did so far but I had enough of it all and that's why I emailed there. I'm sorry to say my patience is non existent any more due to issues coming and going since August and it's nothing personal I do not have any issues with any of the moderators or users of this forum I just feel it's the best place to take these issues at this moment in time.

I appreciate the help that has been offered to date thank you but this thread may as well be closed off. Once again thanks for your time.
