I've just bought a NOW TV stick loaded with the BT sport app. I keep getting VC 525 error. Any ideas what causing it. It keeps happening intermittently. I'm watching on a Toshiba smart TV.

There isn't an error code VC525... Does it say anything before the error code?

I have a BT Wi-Fi extender. I changed the TV to the same network as the NOW TV stick and it seems to be working OK now. But it was definitely vc 525.
