Bt tv-Ee tv player,device management

Good afternoon.

I have downloaded the Bt tv Web-EE tv player on my laptop.(already registered on my phone)

I am unable to play any live tv on my laptop.

My tv.(on laptop)does not have my recordings listed(which are on my phone)

Is my account "stuck",does it require a "reset"

Can someone assist please.thanks

If you run EETV  app on your phone and to to MYTV Settings and device management you should see the devices registered for the app. Is your laptop  one of the device's  and/or are all the device slots full or some empty.

My phone is my only Registered device..other 3 slots empty .Having the web app on my laptop.tried to watch a live sport programme to "register" laptop..

Will not open the live sport option..

Tried same on my phone it works no problem..
