we've been BT Business Broadband users since forever and in the past used the BT Wifi hot-spots without issue. About a month ago we stopped being able to access the hotspots. Entering the details on the login page just loops you around to the login page again - it doesn't even seem to show an error message.
We tried contacting BT by phone and the best we got was that due to the hot weather they were experiencing some issues. As the problems started before the heatwave I can't see it being relevant. Does anyone have any idea what we can try?
