Can't access extras

Not sure if this should be here or on Billing but here's the problem -

My BT is not showing my extras etc. since my upgrade to VDSL last week.

Perhaps a mod. could advise please.

Sorted - A recent order was activated but left open, got the order completed and all is now well again.

Thanks PaddyB, yep! Wasn't easy to get the lady in "Orders" to see what I meant but got there in the end and problem was instantly resolved once the order was marked as completed.
