Why can't I log in to BT cloud on my PC? I had set it to automatically back up and sync which it had been doing for a long time but then I noticed that recent amendments to my files made on my PC that should have automatically synchronised with the Cloud weren't there when I tried to access them using my phone or tablet both of which are logging in and synchronising correctly. When I try to log in to my Cloud account I get an "incorrect details" response, yet the same details log me in to "my BT". Is it me?

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Cloud. This might not be something the community will be able to resolve so your best bet would be to contact the Cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114. They're open 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun.
