For some reason I can't sign in to FON connections or hotspots anymore. I am mainly using a Windows phone (with Windoss 10) when I am out and about. Of course the fact that BT can't be bothered with the app anymore doesn't help.
But anyway, when I am asked to sign in with my details it keeps saying they are incorrect. They aren't as I can sign in to my BT just fine with them. Any ideas? Thanks

Yeah, that is the only way I can attempt to login, as BT no longer provide an app for Windows phones.
Lol....no! But I wouldn't swap my windows phone for anything. I love it.
Anyway, this got sorted eventually. Apparently it is because the BT website never prompted me to update my user id from a name to an email address. I've been able to sign into MyBT etc just fine using my older username, when in fact it shouldn't have been usable anymore and I should have been using an email address instead.
One annoying thing. The BTCare team on twitter directed me to an online chat page....who then proceeded to pass me from one person to another, until they finally put me through to the tech team who have a dedicated phone number! Why on earth they don't just give you that phone number in the beginning is anybodys guess!
