I have attempted to turn off Web Protect in my account, but I got an error saying the change in settings cannot be saved and the page now says it will 'be ceased on your account in some time'. More than a day has passed and online support didn't seem to be able to do anything. I have restarted the hub with no success.
Can a mod please take a look into my account and disable it manually? It's really messing things up when I use my own DNS.
Hi @coffeym and @BleedinOutraged I'm really sorry to see that you're both having problems switching off Web protect. If you send me over your details using the 'click here to contact the mods' link in my forum profile we'll be happy to get this looked into. You can find the link by clicking on my username.
The mods are only a very small team and are extremely busy at the moment so it might take a day or two longer, they will get back to you when your mail reaches the top of the queue as they deal with contacts strictly in the order received.
