Can't turn off BT Wi-Fi

I received a BT HomeHub 5 as a replacement to my HomeHub 4 a few days ago. However, BT WiFi says it's on in the Hub settings, despite being turned off in my broadband extras page of My BT.

For reference, the old router did not have BT WiFi on.

How do I turn it off, even though it should be as it's not enabled in My BT?

Turning it on and then off again in MyExtras can work. It might take up to 28 days to turn off.

Re: Can't turn off BT Wi-Fi

My wifi has always been inactive. When I changed over from home hub 4 to smart hub (6), it just corrected it in around 3-4 days. The hubs are ON by default regardless of your opt out, the system should catch up in a few days.
