Cancel SmartTalk and start again

I've got a similar problem. My old mobile died (hardware fault). If I go to the Manage BT SmartTalk (it's shown as active) I have no active users shown although the service ID number (0331 *******) shows up on my bill. I'd like to cancel BT SmartTalk, get this number removed from my bill, and start again. How can I go about doing this?

Hi @ChrisB I've moved you post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do.

We will be happy to help you delete the SmartTalk service and you can set it up again if you send us your details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

Hi @ChrisB I called earlier sorry I could not reach you. 

I've removed your SmartTalk service now and it takes a few hours to update but later today you should be able to start again from scratch and set it up. Post back and let me know how you get on.
