Cancel extra BT Cloud Storage?

My bill has 50GB extra BT Cloud Storage.  I no longer need it, but cant find anywhere on the website how to cancel that?

Have you tried the MyBT app?

Just downloaded it.  App does look good.  same issue as on the website.  difficult to find the place to manage/cancel the BT cloud extra.  unless it is very well hidden, the  only way seems to have to be to enter into a web chat probably

There is no option to cancel cloud storage and thereby save £3 charge per month. Any solution?
