Hey,
As title, I got the letter to change from McAfee to Norton, when I login to my BT account it redirects me to my email and when I try to select MyBT again it logs me out??
I thought this was just a blip but its been happening for around 5 days now and i have tested the the same result on two different computers.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the problems you're having changing to BT Virus Protect powered by Norton. The problem you're experiencing is unrelated to changing your BT Virus Protect software however, it is an issue we are going to have to take offline to fix for you.
