Cannot log into BT Purchases app

I also have the same issue.  Did a LiveChat tonight, and after some time of chatting someone called me on the landline and had me reset my password.  No change since there was no problem with that anyway.  He said they would look into it and call me back in a few minutes.  They haven’t called back.  

Mods can you assist please?

Hi @ShadyCreek  sorry that you are having a problem accessing your purchases on the App. Did you get a callback and if so is the problem resolved?

If not are you still a BTTV customer as it takes 24 hours for your purchases to be activated in the BT TV Purchases App if you have cancelled the BTTV.

Are you still able to access your bills on your BTID?
Do you get any error code or message?

Hi, 

Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you.  I have not been a BT TV Customer since 1 July. 

I just re-downloaded the app to get the error message so that I could reply to you and now, low and behold, it is working!! 

No further action, but thanks for coming back to me.
