On BT.com it says that in order to change your parental control settings I need to:
Trouble is there is no Manage your extras button on my My Bt account. There is only Manage your emails, and when I click on that it tells me I cannot access those details as I am not the account holder. I am.
I called BT the other day and they said it was a problem with your website and apps and apple products (which seems utterly utterly ridiculous).
But there should be a work around in the BT community. So here I am asking.
Click on 'Your Products' > Broadband > scroll down to parental controls.
I do not have these options, the only option under Your Products is 'Your Email'.
I spoke with BT and they said there was a problem with app and website not working on apple and there was a work around that I should ask the community about.

I would recommend giving us another call to ensure your account has been set up correctly.
If you are getting an error advising you aren't the account holder this is something that will need to be checked by one of our agents with account access.
