On BT.com it says that in order to change your parental control settings I need to:
- Log in to My BT with your BT ID
- Scroll down to and click on the Manage your extras button followed by clicking on Manage BT Parental Controls
- Select 'Manage Settings' under BT Parental Controls and choose the Change filter levels tab
Trouble is there is no Manage your extras button on my My Bt account. There is only Manage your emails, and when I click on that it tells me I cannot access those details as I am not the account holder. I am.
I called BT the other day and they said it was a problem with your website and apps and apple products (which seems utterly utterly ridiculous).
But there should be a work around in the BT community. So here I am asking.
