Connection issue

BT app on iPad drops out after a few seconds. Ok on iPhone. Had fibre broadband installed very recently. No probs before that

Could be an issue with Smart Setup being turned on in the SmartHub - turning off may well solve this.

The other possibility is the 2.4 & 5 GHZ bands having the same name which can be changed on the SmartHub 1 but not (yet) on the SmartHub 2. Here the solution might as simple as turning off the 5 GHZ wifi band.
