I had to jump through numerous hoops to finally instal BT Cloud but nowI wonder if it is beyond my expertise.
After uploading data for cloud storage the data on my hard disk grew no smaller - worse than that, it increased. Then I found under Local Disc, User, User, BT Cloud what appears to be a dublicate of my BT cloud storage on my hard disk. Is this normal, and if not, what did I do wrong?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Im sorry you're having problems with the Cloud. I think your best bet would be to contact the Cloud helpdesk directly. You can get them at 0800 500 3114. They'll be able to talk you through any problems. Can you give them a go and let me know how you get on?
