I have 15 licences for Mcafee and currently have 12 activated. My problem is I can not deactivate any of the PC's or MAC's with licences. I select the PC/MAC I want to deactivate then select deactivate, the server popups up a screen saying its deactivating but then hangs, never cones back. I have left this for 15 minutes just sitting doing nothing just the circle spinning. Most of the PC's I am trying to deactivate have actually been freshly re-installed windows 10 without Mcafee being installed.
I am currently using only 4 machines.
How do I actually deactivate a machine so I get to reuse the licence? looks broke to me.
