I live in a not spot. Wifi calling is all very well but texts do not come through via wifi calling with our current provider.
If there is not mobile phone signal do calls and text get redirected via broadband with BT Plus?
BT Plus is a broadband product, and doesn't impact how a service works. Your mobile provider may offer wifi calling which should allow text, or maybe a signal booser which plugs into your BT Hub.
There is a Bt Signal Assist box (Femto cell) which connects to the Home Hub and provides a 3G network around your house, sending and receiving your mobile phone signal over the internet.
You do need to have a mobile with a BT Sim.
I just bought one of these boxes and it works very well.
