Error Accessing Cloud from MyBT

When I try to access BT Cloud from Your Products section of MyBT, I get an error message 'You have registered for BT Cloud on another account. Please switch accounts to access your cloud.' My account has 3 separate accounts on it, but only 1 has any products, so none of my accounts have BT Cloud access available through MyBT.

I can access the cloud from www.btcloud.bt.com.

Has anyone any experience of having sorted something like this out and give me any tips on how to sort it?
