Error Managing Norton Password Manager

2 days ago I had my Norton account reset, I have received an email to say its ready to go and will appear as £0.00 on my bill.  However, now if I try and go into the account, or press manage from within BT it just returns a server error.  I wonder if anyone on here could help as it has already taken hours to get this far!
