Error UN2 when trying to access BT Cloud

I could do with some help accessing the cloud.  I've been put through to the team twice now but after being on hold for 30 minutes each time I've given up.  I suspect the issue might have something to do with have to account numbers. I did ask for the old unused account to be removed and despite promises this has not happened. If anyone can help me keep my sanity that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for sending me your information via private message.

Can you try and access the BT Cloud now and let me know if you can get logged in OK?

If you get an error can you post a screenshot, please?

Hi Matt,

Still no joy.  I'm getting exactly the same error message as before. See attached screenshot. Incidentally the second account which is unused has still not been removed. Could that be part of the issue?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly @goodald.

Leave this with me a few days and I will speak to the guys in the know about BT Cloud.
