Everyone time I open the app the app it gives me this pop up.
I’m on IOS and have tried deleting and re downloading numerous times but still get the same result

Is it possible someone could contact me as I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve restarted my iPad and also reinstalled the app, but still have the same issue. Thanks
I am also having this problem today on an iPhone XS. Have reinstalled app several times to no avail.
App is working fine on my iPad.
I was told last night from BT that there is a problem that engineers are looking at, they have had several complaints. It was still not resolved when I woke up this morning. Hopefully it will be resolved this afternoon.
Also getting this but only on certain wifi's for some reason. Any advice or confirmation when fixed would be great

Good news! This issue now looks to have been resolved since late last night.
If you are still experiencing issues can you delete the BT Sport App reboot the mobile device and reinstall the BT Sport App?
If this doesn't fix the issue please let me know.
