IOS & Android BT Cloud Reports "Storage Space Low" (to store items offline), yet there is ample..

Anybody have this issues - had it on an iphone and android handset with the latest BT cloud update. The iphone has 128GB stroage and over 100 Gb free. Select a folder with 200MB within the app and hit 'Make available offline' and it returns message per subject recommending I try deselecting some items...

@slangking1 sorry about that, have you tried deleting then reinstalling the BT Cloud app to see if that helps?

Yes, given that the problem is repeatable on 2 sepearate installs (ios and android). As I mentioned, over 100GB available on the iphone. Try and download a couple of folders/make offline and it always throws back that message. Take a look at this:
