Inability to activate Parental Controls

I have the same issue regarding an inability to activate parental controls and have spent untold hours to an international call centre who tell me there isn't a problem. I hope you can help

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

@jgard I tried calling there but missed you, I was calling to let you know that I've activated the Parental controls from my side and I wanted to ask you to check if you can now manage them in on the MY BT website? Please can you post back to let me know if this has been sorted?

No, nothing showing. Still a message that says 'can't be activated, come back in 15 minutes'
