Install Norton on Ipad

Hi. I cannot install Norton on the 2 Ipads at home. Even when i press on 'Install on Ipad'. I have a message that it is not a compatible Operating System. Sadly I could not get any help from BT support nor from Norton nor from Apples. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

how old are ipads? firmware?

One is IPad Air    (4th generation)    with IOS15.2

One is Ipad          (7th generation)    with IOS 14.6
