I'm trying to share some files and though the public links work OK, no-one is able to download them. This applies to a file I uploaded today and to others on separate links which were downloading fine until now.

Thanks for posting. There is currently a system issue impacting BT Cloud share links which we're working on to resolve. I'll post back once I get any further updates.

The problem doesn't appear to been sorted, a week after the moderator's reply. I'm having to use weTransfer to share files. Can the moderator say when the public link facility is likely to be functional again, please?
I'm sorry if you're experiencing issues with your BT Cloud public share links at the moment, the cloud team have confirmed that the service should be restored for most customers and there is a further fix due to be implemented which should bring it back for everyone.
The fix is still in testing at the moment and if all goes smoothly it will be implemented overnight Thursday.
Looks like the share links are working again - I had one link that had been broken for about a week, but I was able to download from it today.
It's been working since last Friday. I've waited a week to make sure and it seems fine - so thank you BT Cloud team!
I would like to share some pictures which are saved on BT Cloud. I clicked on 'Manage' and 'share' but, when I click the link provided, I get an error message:
"You've been on this page for a long time, and have been logged out. Please click your invite link to continue accessing the page."
What does this mean, and how do I share files with others?
