It does not look like you are eligible for BT Cloud

OK

 

So about 3 or 4 times a week BT Cloud is STILL logging itself out and an asking me to log back in at random intervals. And then suddenly today even though I have been using it for about 5 years it tells me I am not eligilbe to have it (AGAIN - THIRD TIME THIS YEAR)
