Logging out of Cloud

Hi all

I access cloud on my browser as I have never found the app to work very well. Today i could not log out without clearing cookies, closing browser and re opening browser. Not very good.

A long shot, but it's worth looking at......

 

Is the BT Cloud desktop app installed on your pc?

There was a recent update to the desktop app, which caused the login screen to activate on pc startup.

 

I had to disable the app at start up from Windows task manager (Windows 10). Browser is IE11.
