The MYBT App has not worked since softwares update 8.50.0 three weeks ago. I am rather disappointed that BT have not simply rolled the software back to a known working version 8.49.1 which I suggested two weeks ago however this has been ignored and as a result I raised a complaint VOL013-******* which BT have done nothing about ! This affects many BT customers what is going on, I suggest BT takes the trouble to actually read the comments people have raised on the Apple App Store if it was my company I would find the comments extremely embarrassing, is no testing done before software is deployed into the public domain. I personally feel the manager in charge of software development is an absolute imbecile !!
