I have purchased a new phone, removed McAfee from my old phone and tried several times to install McAfee on my new phone. Each time I get the message that I am using both my licences. I have tried to solve this via an online chat with BT but just got directed to a load of verbiage which I had already read. Can anyone help me ?

@mikeygbp I'm really sorry about the delay getting back to you, I've had to refer this problem to BT Virus protect specialists and they'll give you a call back in the next day or two and I'll keep an eye on the fault report to make sure they get you sorted.
