Microsoft One Drive App/Website Blocked when selecting File Sharing in Parental Controls

As the title states if you have file sharing blocked in the Parental Controls then the Microsoft One Drive App will not work correctly and neither will the Microsoft One Drive website.

The added problem is that even if you add the website to the whitelist it still does not resolve the problem.

The only way both the app and website work correctly is by deselecting the option to block file sharing websites.

I honestly find it very surprising that BT consider Microsoft One Drive as a file sharing website, we are not about Pirate Bay here.

Surely there must be a way to have access to Microsoft One Drive and have the option to block File Sharing enabled, if not is there a process to have BT review to desicion to Block Microsoft One Drive or Whitelist IP Address?

Many Thanks
