I’ve logged on to my BT Cloud to pull up some baby photos of my children and loads of my organised albums are gone! I’ve searched everywhere within my cloud but cannot find them. I really hope someone can help me as I’m missing thousands of photos that are only kept on my BT cloud.
I know it was a while ago but did you ever find a resolution, I have just posted something similar, since a re-named my albums I am having issues finding them but it is different between the app & the web version.
