Mobile device no longer receives unlock requests from Norton Password Manager

For the last couple of days my mobile device (Apple iPad) has stopped receiving the requests to unlock the password vault from my two laptops.

The iPad app is open has a stable internet connection and I've even tried restarting the iPad and opening the app again, to no avail.

Does anyone know if there is an issue with this feature?
