My BT App

I can’t access the usage on my landline on the bt app, it says Sorry we can’t access your data, refresh your page, which I have many times and it does work. It’s the same on my online account. it’s been like it for a couple of weeks

I'm sorry to hear that your usage data is missing from your BTID.
