tried again but no access tried rebooting phone but same result - no access
Thanks for confirming, and sorry for getting your hopes up. The fix that has been applied and is working on our test accounts but the team stated it may take a short period of time to filter down to everyone.
Hopefully this comes through sooner rather than later. I will get back to the team now to confirm that nobody here has seen an improvement.
Just had update through on Google Play that has solved the issue.
