My BT Cloud License expired on renewal

I had the exact same problem after I renewed by broadband on 18/09/14. I have spoken to BT customer & technical support twice now and they were unable to locate or correct the problem whist I was on the phone. Technical support advised that they have created a call and I should here back from them within 48 hours.

 

I also noticed on My BT that it says 'Sorry you've decided to leave BT' on both Email & Cloud.

 

Any help or suggestions greatfully received.

I am also getting the warning message about my email account.

 

Sorry you are leaving BT Broadband. Your email access will stop on 19/10/2014

If you want to continue your email service, you can upgrade to BT Premium Mail for only £1.60 a month. Otherwise your email address and all your messages will be deleted on 26/10/2014

 

I'd appriciate this being looked at & resolved ASAP as you can imagine not have email will be a major inconvienience.
