My BT app

Since 17th June I'm unable to log into my BT  on both of the devices I have it installed on, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no effect. I have also restarted both my devices again to no effect. This problem has only started since BT said that from the 17th to 18th speed check would be unavailable. My question is what has gone wrong and are BT going to rectify the problem

Mine works, I can view bills, check my speeds and view my package, have you tried contacting BT ?
It could be device related, It could be your OS, It could be many things.
