My Bt App - Groups clearing issue.

Hello,

 

I am having a repeating issue in the My BT app. In the section for my Wi-Fi network, I have crated groups and assigned all connected devices. These groups have set times for limiting access. 

This week alone the groups have cleared all connected devices twice. 

I have the Smart Hub 2 and until recently have not had any issues.

Please advise if you have similar issues or know how to fix this.
