My Extras

Like previous writers on the issue of missing Extras in MyBT I'm llosing the will to live.  I have no tiles for: BT Mail, BT Wi-Fi, BT Desktop Help or BT Tech Experts. This is clearly a long-running problem, judging by the nmuber of times it has been raised over a prolonged period.  Why? How come BT hasn't fixed what must be a known glitch?

 

Please, please someone come up with a solution. There doesn't seem to be one currently on the this forum.

Sorry that you're missing your tiles when you log into your MyBT account.  The community isn't going to be able to help with this and it's something we'll need to pick up and deal with from here.
