I have been using MyBT application for years without any problem. It runs under Windows & the browser is Firefox. My ISP is BT.
Within the last few months something has changed and after pressing the logon key, the following loops:
When I use IE explorer it works, but since all my other applications work under Firefox I would like to be able to access BT using Firefox.
I wonder if someone can throw some light on what may have changed which has caused this problem?

I'm sorry you're having problems with the browser. I've tried the link you posted and it works at my side. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
My Firefox version is: 52.3.0 (32-bit). Is this version the same as yours?
This version works fine for all my banks & utilities.
IE does not loop. This suggests it is a specific problem with MyBT application and Firefox rather than the underlying hardware and OS or Firefox itself.
