Does anyone else keep being asked to login to the app using a username and password, and then finding, once logged in, that you have to set a pass code - again, allow biometric login - again, and see the little purple "new" flag next to the "your networks" tab? It's as if I have never used the app before. It can occur within half an hour of having already used the app!
The reason I keep opening the app is to check my WiFi network, which seems to be rather unstable!
Do I personally have this issue with the MyBT app - no! It would seem as if the settings are not being saved, this is most likely due to "permissions" being incorrectly set. So you'd need to dig into the settings on your phone, look for the "App permissions" and change those that are relevant to "allow". Depending on your mobile these settings can be reset to a restricted state if you don't use the app often enough. But "often enough" is usually a few months or so!
