For the past few months, I have noticed a bug in the MyBT app for managing groups of devices on the network.
If you go into `Your wi-fi network` and `Control wi-fi access for your devices`
I can create a group of devices, no trouble there.
But when I try to use the `Choose regular times to pause wi-fi access` set some times and days, then try to give the schedule a name, such as `new schedule` and click Next, it comes up with `Error creating custom schedule` - `Please enter a valid Schedule name`.
It does not seem to matter what I try, always get the same error.
This is really annoying as I cannot easily set a schedule now to manage wifi access to groups of devices, this was not a problem previously, so it must be a recent bug.

Thanks for taking the time to post up.
I've made changes on my own network back in September and October but not recently. I'll need to test again when I'm at home to see if I can replicate what you're experiencing.
In the meantime, can you factory reset your Smart Hub 2 for me and try it again, please? Let me know if it makes any difference to you.
